The flats in basement sold to foolish mentally retarded buyers. There r threats from wild snakes and other reptiles and insects, people on top floors throw dirty water and dirt to the ground-basement level. Very small window provided in the kitchen. Dampness, peeling and rotting caused to walls inside the house, in kitchen and under the kitchen platform. Builder, Municipal Authorities and Society ignoring the plight of the occupants of the flat.

Please have each authority inspect and rectify the standards there. Facilitate cross ventilation, from other rooms to the kitchen, proper exhausts in the kitchen, dampness free and rot free walls to the flats, with NO extra costs to the residents.
