Egarding offers

On 27/10 i purchased this lenovo pc ideacentre k series MT-M 5312-2LQ of serial number MB25242.That time we were told by the shopkeeper that there is an offer from lenovo pvt. ltd. The offer was to choose any two options out of given seven options so we chose a CANON COLOUR PRINTER and an EXTENDED THREE YEARS WARRANTY. we were told to register it from internet to lenovo. we did that and were told that we will receive it in next 10-15 days... after that we were asked to provide some documents regarding the information of our computer we provided that also but till date we are EMPTYHANDED. 1 to 2 months ago we got a call from lenovo... he was saying that our thee years extended warranty has been accpted but we haven't yet got any written note or any notice stating all that... i want you all to take quick action on this matter and provide me with both needables OTHERWISE i will go to consumer court and will have a CHEATING COMPLAINT against you all.
