Dear Sir,
Below is the trail of mails.
Hi,
I was facing some problem with my LCD and i got below reply from lenovo service center.
I am using this laptop from past 11 months and suddenly facing such issue. Their is no pressure has been given on the Top Cover or anywhere else in laplop as that can be proof by not getting any damages outside the body
I am not going to pay at any cost as my laptop is under warranty and used by me nicely
without giving any kind of pressure or damages.if something happen internally i am not responsible for it.
it would be appreciating if any fast action has been taken on the above issue.

As discussed over phone we are sending this mail to you reg. your laptop complaint as your laptop screen having some cracks on it which is known & shown to you while submitting your laptop to SVC. These cracks might be developed by some unintentional pressure on Top Cover as there are no marks or cracks on laptop.
We discussed your case with customer care as well as our SDM Mr. Sujaikumar & it will be covered under chargeable repair as it is having physical damage. So pls. revert for further action on your laptop.
