No service despite warranty extension

Hello,

I bought my lenovo y410 laptop in Feb '08. Since the day I bought the laptop I have been facing problems with the laptop. First my speakers went off, the my CD Rom (I have never been able to write even a single cd), and now my battery has stopped charging. The company told me that there would be a warranty extension program. I paid Rs.6000 for warranty extension. Then this issue of battery not charging came up. When I called them up, they said this period doesnot include any battery replacements. No clause is present on the warranty extension document like that, and yet again the DVD drive has stopped functioning.

Kindly tell what to do
