Sir, I purchased a lenovo model no.5312-2LQ, S.no.1S53122LQMB25593 on 27-10 from Abhinav computers and stationers111, manali house, near Mehndiratta hospital, Ambala city e-mail kaushish@rediff.com. An authorised dealer of your company. The gift item opted by me viz (1)-canon colour inkjet printer bj photoprinter ip1300 (2)-powercom ups have not been supplied to me as promised. I made several queries with my dealer as well as customer care of lenovo service on differet dates but by now I have not received any communication to this effect. May I expect earliest responsefrom your part or should I have to proceed further for the redressal of my grievance?
