Hi,

This is Omprakash, just want to let you know a great feature about the quality Laptop I have taken from Lenovo. It's been 8 months I have chosen Lenovo as the best brand in Laptop manufacturing. Now first I have opted for Lenovo G-series, after 2.5 months the brand new Laptop was out of service, so as per my urget requirement I replaced that laptop (Y-410 series) with some more amount. I didn't mind as there can be 1 fault in 100 pieces. But the story gets repeated, in the span of this 6 month I have faced the DVD r/w problem thrice. First i got it corrected twice, now its a big time pain for me to get it changed every second month. Now this a pathetic experience I faced with Lenovo as a brand. Now if Lenovo is customer centric then I want the whole money back with no deduction or I want a brand new piece 'coz I am pissed of using this laptop with a non working DVD drive. Also this is hampering my work and I have to get the data over mail or via pendrive, which at time becomes difficult for me to manage.

Now this is my humble request to provide me some solution, so that my faith remains in Lenovo.
