AND SERIAL NO . IS MAA9ENF.I WANT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT THAT I PURCHASED IT ON 11 DEC, 08. AFTER THAT DAY I FACED MANY PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT . U CAN CHECK IT .I COMPLAINT ABOUT THU PRODUCT ATLEAST 24OR25 TIMES.I FACE... so many problems at present m facing problem with disc driver it does not read any disc. and other problem that is hard disc failure laptop gave m message about hard disc failure... ur service man has told me that my warranty has been expired but i have bill of purchase that show validity. while facing many problems... atlast i want new laptop.i hop u will take action soon
