Hinghes problem

I have Lenovo 500Y series laptop.

MT/Mod 7761-4EQ

S/N MA-8MR43

I have extended warrenty for two years-

The latest ref no got from customer care centre is L97I00F3

I have noticed small gap near the right hinghes when I open my laptop. For this problem I have approached Visakhapatnam service centre also but I have got no solution for it till date. When I close the laptop the gap also vanishes. I feel there is some problem with the hinghes. I have approached Lenovo number of times but now I am told that repaires will be on chargeable basis whereas there has been no damage caused by me. If this is the attitude of Lenovo towards the customer then I will never recommend anyone to buy Lenovo products.
