i purchased a laptop from M/s Agnee computer, 43 amb, arunodaya nagar, cuttack, orissa.753012 on 2nd september which i found that its camera doesnt work on 3rd september so that i take it to the above dealer to solve my problem but the dealer advice me to contact lenovo callcentre, as per dealers advice i do that but after six days there is no solution for my lappy.afterall the call centre give me casel id-l99800od and direct m to visit yuor service centre m/s wizter technology 5, gopabandhu squre bhubaneswar.orissa.and the service told me that now we have no stock of spares so it will take 10 to 15 days.and also deny to recieve the defective lappy, is it your good costumer service? so that i want to exchange the defective one with a fresh laptop.
