iHAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE DESK TOP FROM DIGIMATICS LTD, ANSAL CHAMBER I,

BIKAJICAMA PLACE, NEWDELHI ON 06.02.2007 VIDE INVOICE NO.DIPL/433/06-07.

NOW THE WARRANTY PERIOD. IAM NOT IN A POSITION TO PLAY DVD BECAUSE I HOPE

THE CDROM IS NOT WORKING. AS PER YOUR BOOK LET I CALLED NOW THREE TIMES

ABOUT THIS DEFAULT. THE NUMBER IS1800113324. bUT THE REPLY AT YOUR END IS

THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER AS PER YOUR RECORDS AND NOT IN A POSITION TO

REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. TODAY 28.12.2007 WITH MY TIGHT SCHEDULE I CALLED THE

ABOVE NUMER AT 7.40.PM AGAIN AND AS USUAL THEY TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE

SERVICE SECTION. THERE YOUR SERVICE PERSON INTRODUCED THAT HE IS MR. SIVAM.

I TOLD HIM THE DEFECT OF MY COMPUTER AND AGAIN THE SAME REPLY THAT THE

WARRANT OVER AND NOT IN A POSITION TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT.

iT IS HORRIBLE. I PURCHAS3ED THE COMPUTER FROM THE ABOVE DEALER AND THE

ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH ME. yOU CONTACT YOUR DEALER AND CLARIFY IT. i TOLD

HIM THAT WE PURCHASED ON 06.02.2007 AND WE DONT KNOW YOUR RECORD .hE THEN

VIROCIALLY AND IN ANGRY REPLIED THAT I HAVE TO SEND THE BILL COPY TO THE

EMAIL ADDRESS ESERVICE@LENOVO WARRANTY .CO.IN.

wHY ISHOULD SCAN AND SEND THE BILLCOPY TO YOU. WHAT FAULT IHAD DONE.i

PURCHASED LENOVA COMPUTER. THAT IS MY FAULT. sO KINDLY RECTIFY MY

COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY.WHENEVER YOUR SERVICE ENGINNER COME TO MY HOUSE, I

PRODUCE THE ORIGINAL BILL DATED 06.02.2007.

ONE THING FOR YOUR IMPORTANCE IS THAT I PURCHASED IT ONLY FOR GETTING

IMMEDIATE AFTER SALES SERVICE, BUT AFTER 4 DAYS, DAILY COMPLAINING AND

NOBODY IS ATTTENDING OR REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT AS ITIS WITH IN THE

GUARANTEE PERIOD. MATTER URGENT, OTHER WISE I WILL TAKE FURTHUR MEASURES

AFTER SENDING EMAIL, AGAIN THE COMPANY NOT ACKNOWLEDGING MY COMPLAINT STATING THAT THEY WANT THE SCANNED COPY OF THE BILL, THEN ONLY ATTEND THE COMPLAINT. wHY I SHOULD SEND IT. I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE COMPANY DISTRIBUTOR AND CHECK IT UP WITH THEM. NOW AFTER THE COMPLAINT 5 DAYS ELAPSED. I WANT TO COMPLAINT IT IN CONSUMER COURT IMMEDIATELY.
