Harddrive problem

I bought lenovo y 410, 7757 92 q, laptop and i got hard drive problem, when i complain they only replace the drive and problem occuring again and again when i told this to them they are not doing any thing, i want a new laptop or permanent solution, the last date of warrenty is 24th jan pls do somthing ..
