Complaint against Warranty Service not provided by Lenovo

I purchased a lenovo notebook dt. 18.02.2007. some problem like mother board & DVD writer not work properly in my notebook. i go to service center and check my notebook. service center locked my complaint ID 2007121400000270. but my lenovo part not delivered by lenovo company. when i call to call center & delhi office, and my allahabad service center. everybody says sir your part come eariler but my serivce is pending over 2 months.
