Malfunction of LCD

Dear sir,
We purchased a lenovo PC worth 43, 000 having three years warrenty 0n April. From about two days of purchase we had some or other problem with the PC . Now our LCD is projecting some odd line. The company people replaced the peice three times but gave us worse LCDs. When we asked to give us a report (to file a complain) that they had replaced our LCD they refused to do so. Now our PC is all most 1year6months old they give us excuses and prolong the matter.
