Ecieved no laptop till this day

I have booked a Lenovo laptop on Lenovo EPP on Sep 25 with order no. E0890081.On same day i have paid total amont through cheque with cheque no.960990 (HDFC bank). Now till date i have not recieved any laptop. After regular follow up no response given by anyone. Please take strong action against the culprit.
