Non-delivery of free gift item

Sir,

I have purchased a Y-410 series laptop with Product No. 77579RQ and Sr. No. MABCC5B from TMC Infoway 22-23, Lajpat Rai Market, Railway Road, Hisar with invoice no. 465 on 3 September. With reference to the Lenovo Registration Confirmation mail, I am sorry to say that I have not received my free gift item i.e. one year free subscription of anti-virus K-7 yet. As per offer I have not received the free gift item yet.
