WORST HOST EVER

I was reffered a Reseller Hosting service from LenovoHost.com which was said to be an "ALPHA MASTER RESELLER PRO". After I pay for that, plus a dedicated IP, plus a domain... I check my email and it says I only got a regular "MASTER RESELLER PRO". After I contact support, they tell me I can only use VERY low resources and my account is EXTREMELY restricted. NOWHERE does it warn me of these restrictions or resource usage. Then when I ask for a refund, they deny me the refund and only say they're going to refund me for the domain and IP. I paid for a service which came out to be COMPLETELY different than what I was said to be getting. Now I am being denied my full refund. Then they continued to force me to get a paypal ID so I can get ONLY $12. I didnt even pay with paypal. I payed via Debit Card THROUGH paypal without any registration or login. If I would have known I am getting the worst service and worst package on the web, I wouldnt have gotten this. But I was fooled and rejected in the end.
