I purchased IDEA PAD Y430 in the Month of Feb the machine is under warranty. Few days Back the Screen Started flickering, vertically and also one Horizontal Line came up on the top of screen. The case is registered at Lenovo Customer Care, and The Case ID (L98M00ET) is obtained in the month of Sept. 2009.
The same is referred to Local service center (Redington India Limited.), and quite a few emails sent to Lenovo Customer Care. But Unfortunately Nothing is being done to resolve the Issue, nor any commitment is given by either Service provider Or Lenovo. Extremely Hopeless Customer Care & After Sales Service.
This is the condition for Warranty Servicing... what will be the nature of out of warranty servicing...???
