Non receipt of Diwali gift offe

Sir; I purchased a Lenovo K-200 model no. 53131BQ S.No. MB-02344 on24/10 from "Quantum Computer" HB/12 City Center Sector -4 B. S .City Jharkhand 827004, an authorised dealer of your company. The gift item opted by me viz (1) a printer (2) Extended two years waranty have not been supplied to me as promised. I made several quarries with my dealer as well as costomer care of Lenovo Service on different dates but by now I have not received any communication to this effect May I expect earliest responsefrom your part orshould I have to proceed further for the redressal of my grievance?
