Lenovo laptop 410
DVD drive stop working

Sir,

I bought a Lenovo laptop 410 model in June from Delhi. Right from the begining the DVD drive makes little cracking sound. Since I don't have much knowledge I thought it is natural to every DVD drive. In the first week of October it totally stopped working when inserting a DVD disc. It works with CD but inspite it causes lots of cracking sound. The most problem is there is no good servicing center at Imphal. Your necessary advice is fervently sought to solve the problem.
