Hi Angad,

This is with regards to my IPOD which had purchased from your shop via net buying my order number 4434860 i want the status on this. becoz the date when i have buyed this it was 28 Feb & got dilevery on 3 March but then there was some problem in handsfree so i gave that for replace i was in follow up with Ms. Leela from the very same when i noticed that there some problem in handsfree after ten days i got that handsfree the dilevery boy of TNT courier was asking me for extra charges for that new handsfree which he bought for against that old handsfree. Please let me know the status on by the end of the day or kindly refund the paid amount.

Kindly do the needful & if possible then provide your contact number. Appreciate a line of confirmation on this.
