Sure Gift Not Delivered

I have Bought a lenovo laptop from lenovo exclusive store situated at mithkhali six roads on 20/12. After that as per scheam of the company I have fill the on line registration form for sure gift (1 year warranty certificate and a Phillips MP3 player) and sent the all required documents to the Channel Technologies Noida who were looking up this matter by post. I have spend lot of money in contacting all higher level management people of the lenovo. Gujarat Head Mr. Anand Modi (9825009154) Mr Jaydip (9898400346) to banglore and Sent many emails to them but they didnot replyed me properly, every other person is saying different things. please help me in getting my gifts.
