I, jiwan, purchased a laptop (lenovo3000 y500) from lenovo two months back. Carrying bag given by the company is not matching the size of laptop. so it is impossible to put laptop in bag given by the Company. Despite complains to the distributors/shopkeeper, the bag was exchanged. Therefore this is my request to the company Lenovo to address my problem, because I have faith in the credibility of Company and I feel that my problem will be sorted out Immediately.er
