SIR/MADAM,
I AM VIVEK SUMAN FROM KOLHAPUR, MAHARASHTRA. I HAD PURCHASED A LENOVO WARRANTY PACK OF ONE YEAR FOR MY LAPTOP. ONE DAY WHEN I OPENED THE LID OF MY LAPTOP ONE OF THE HINGES BROKE OFF. WHEN I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER I WAS TOLD THAT THE HINGE COULD NOT BE REPLACED BECAUSE ITS PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
BUT ITS NOT SO I HAD JUST OPENED THE LID AND THAT'S IT.
PLEASE HELP ME.
