Lenovo laptop
Very delayed service

My Lenovo laptop was sent to the Kolkata service-centre of Lenovo in January under complaint number 2008011100000084. It is the second time i've sent it. The 1st time, i sent it to the service centre in october, it was returned back to me after two months that also in unworking condition. Now it is February and its warranty would be ending this month. I called the New Delhi service centre and they are still unsure of when it would be returned back to me.
