System crash very abruptly

Respected sir my lenovo laptop is getting shut down (crash) abruptly while doing any work like reading, listening songs.programmedownloading, talking on skype etc (anytime).i went to your service centre at RT resource nirala nagar and at parivertan chauk, in lko.and it hads been formated completely at both places 3 times.even then my problem is same.i m not getting any proper response.only 6 months has been crossed from date of its purchasing.now i want a replacement of this with the new one.what should i do now.how the problem can be solved as early as possible. plz tell.
