Hi

this is payal agarwal from kolkata.i purchased lenovo 3000 Y500 776139Q around 1 and half years back, in last couple of days iam facing some problem with my laptop.it gets switched off all of a sudden and doesnt get started at once.i have to contiously use the power button to get it started.what can be the reason for this? what should i do?
