Lenovo laptop
Dvd drive not working

I have purchased lenovo laptop 5 months ago . now my cd combo drive not working. i have deposited it to P.G.Infotrack (where i purchased) which mail id is pginfotrack@rediffmail.com . the agency told me to collect the laptop after two days. but after seven days he told me to collect the laptop after two or three days. i visited the agency 4 times when he called. now i am suffering.
