Charger Not Working

I have bought lenovo laptop model number 3000 C 100 product id 0761D7A from COMPUTER VALLEY DALTONGANJ - 822101 Jharkhand about 3 years ago. But from one month ago I am facing a problem of non charging of battrey and now your laptop is as a scrap to us. Here dealer is not at all listening to us. So we now bought new laptop of Dell from Ranchi. What to do please tell us so that we can trust your service and recomend others for your products.

Please take necessary steps to short out our problems or to whom (Your Service head) we should consult.
