Lenovo laptop Complaint
I bought a new lenovo laptop..11 months ago... cd drive are not work properly., i am facing a very big problem continously .n thts my 8th times to visit for same issue...(to service station) They had solved my problem but the problem occur again after every month. And the problem is increases with time. now time to take, take a action if problem occurs again. Now the prblem has occur sixth time so tell me wat to do now???
.n i dont want any more, thts my bigger mistake to buy this lenovo laptop...
no option for me either than going to consumer forum.and &--n take a legal action..all i can say is i am hurt and planning to move to court&-
every time they said, thts part is new one, this problem never happen again, and again.
now they said your warranty of you machine has expired, please purchase a care pack...
in my warranty period they replyed, give me last chance... now they denied..., thts my bigger mistake to brought this lenovo laptop..i dnt want this laptop anymore..n send my money back...
please help me
