Lenovo Laptop - y43027813CQ
Hardware Missing

Two weeks back i purchsed Lenovo Y430 27813CQ Ideapad model from Lenovo Authorized Showroom at Elgin Road, Kolkata.

I ordered the Model after looking at Configuration on Lenovo Website.. It had DDR3 RAM and option for Svideo..

But when the laptop was shipped to my house, i found that it has DDR2 Ram and no s-video port..

I called customer support and they tell we can not do any thing about that. The configuration written on website is wrong and has no relation with actual product..

This is clearly bluffing with customers.. now you have purchase and paid.. you have no option just to live with that.

Also the support is not willing to give any solution.
