Not delivering the motor bike alongwith two consigments to destination

I have given my motor bike to the aove said company for shiting it from Gurgaon (Haryana) to Pune (Maharashtra) Warje, Aditya Gaden city. This consignment was given on 24th of Sept. 2009. However, till date I have not received the delivery. After continuous follow up with the company, i have been said to collect the consignment from a warehouse located at Chimali fata which is about 35KM away from the given address. When I contact to the ware house they are asking for 3500/- Rs extra over and above what i have paid in advace. which is 1200/-. also i have to pay for the transport for the remaining 35KMs.

After requesting him to arrange for the delivering to the said address, the company is avoiding and not lifting my mobile.

I can present the recipt and papers for my motor bike on request.
