Lenovo Laptop Y510
Extension of warranty for 2yr as free offe

Dear Sir,

i purchased lenovo laptop Y510 44Q fm Unique Infoways Private ltd (Delhi), Nehru Place thrgh dealer Sudhir Kumar Pandey .at the time of sale dealer gave full assurance of free 2 yr extended warranty on this particular model but after deal he just told to register in internet and avail this offer without telling clearly all the details and formaltiesd reqd to avail this offer. When i contacted lenovo customer care this always pased on the matter to someone else without solving the exact pblm.then i was told to send some documents on Banglore address which i sent thrgh registered post but i received no reply fm them.even i was told that offer is extended t ill new year so it wil take some time.in between again when i contacted dealer for help he didn't help me and just told to contact the company.after long time i was told to send the documents at Noida address and which rebemtion no. they were requiring it was wrong as i was not informed to registered at some special site meant for that.

Daily i am contactig the company people but they just tel for some or the other document and in that case lot of time has elapsed now i feel cheated by the dealer as well as the company.as while the transcaction was made i was told for free extended warranty without any formalties but now they are just passing the matter to eachother.
