About replacement of my charge

Espected sir,

i had bought a note book (4152-acq) from R.K computers, manik chowk aligarh, dated 16 april (invoice no 25). after 2 months its charger did not work, i told dealer, but after one month he told me that charger is not under warranty, after that, i lounched a complaint on lenovo toll free no, he gave me case id that is l99h00pw. but till now after 25 days, my problem is not solved, & lenovo service partner at aligarh, is not able to give me any answer, he gives me only dates,

this is lenovo service, so plz guide me, what should i do.
