1 Ton Split A/C
Complaint not attended by service Centre

I have purchased the Videocon One Ton Split A/C from Beg Airconditioning Srvices, LalBagh, Lucknow in May' but at the time of installation one part of indoor unit was replaced istead of replacement of unit. after that every month there was occured a complaint regularly and only part was changed after saying that if further any complaint will occur then unit will be replaced but that can not be done till now.

Now the unit is not working so Please take care of this so that we can be benifitted from A/C
