Oot problem

Few days ago i delete my all partitions and then i rebuilt my hdsk partitons and install windows xp in one patition and windows 7 in other now im unable to use them when i start my computer i have message on black boot screen that BOOTMANAGER not found, please press alt, ctrl and delete.when i do this nothing happened.and again message is bootmanager not found press...
