Web camera not working

My web cam is not working.when i click to the lenovo easy capture it seems thats camera "initialitzaion faild, lenovo easy capture closed".i'm sure it is a hardware problem.becuse after seeing this problem i installed my camera driver it was installed smoothly, then i uninstall the camera softwre and reinstall it.but there was no change into that problem.my product model is 7757-42Q and the serial no is MA-7WYB7.pleas submit this coplain and give me my case id as soon as possible.
