Problem in laptop

I buy a new laptop of lenovo company at the day when i bring the laptop i saw a dot on its screen after 2 days i consult to the respective shop from where i purchase it but they dint bother about it thet said its nothing and we cant do any thing abt. it so i requested there so many times but they dint listen i wasted so much of my money now then they said that go to the service centre they can help then i gone there they also said cant do anything abt. it now at last wasting my money a have no reolution so now i am thinking that i will have to go to consumer court...
