Poor service of lenovo serice centers

Dear sir,

i am a customer lenovo and i have purchased my lenovo laptop (LENOVO Y410) on 29 july model no.:-77578CQ S/N EB08676639. recently 25 days before the audio jack of my laptop was not working properly thn i registered the complain on toll free no.1800113324 than i visited the service center in jaipur (case id N97600XV) RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LIMITED B-17, SATYA MARG, NANDPURI MARKET, 22- GODOWN, JAIPUR-302006 i registered the complain about 13 july but the part of my laptop still not come. so that i am very disapointed with your service. And i want to know why you are troubling your customers?
