Not receiving blackberry

I've purchased a lenovoY430 at March, 23. My redemption no-REDMO93674741341521

Till today I've not received any blackberry which was promised, though I've already sent all the required papers and particulars along with a DD of 2999/- within March, 28, repeated mail and phone generating no response, moreover they give me a false commitment and now cant attain the phone properly. Now I'm the victim of tremendous ill behavior from Offbit Marketing Service, Kolkata.
