Dear Sir
We have purchase a Lenovo Laptop Y500 in july. I have a problem in my CD/DVD RW.The CD/DVD Rw read only original CD/DVD like Windows Vista, Lens Cleaner. I try to Clean that lens and contact to the dealer of Lenovo in Sikar (Rajasthan). But No Response.
Please Solve my problem as soon as possible by email.
