Dvd rom complaint

I purchased lenovo lap top on jan 10 having serial no ME-00686 75842Q. and after 2 months i got problem with dvd rom and they replaced and after 9month i got same problem so one more time i replaced and now again i m getting problem with dvd rom so if this happens means i cant afford it. this i really imbalance. so please help me. this is my third time m submitting complaint. WHEN I INSERT CD MEANS IT SOUNDS LIKE MACHINE REALLY M GETTING MENTAL PROBLEM
