Poor Service Exorbitant Charges

I had the misfortune of contracting Les Concierges for getting the NOC and the De-hypothecation of my vehicle done through them.

a) They lied (on mail) to me saying that teh documents are under process / have been processsed, where as after 2 months we realized that the documents had not even been filed.

b) They charge 60 to 100 times the officla / government fes for teh same job. For e.g. they have quoted 3200 for a vehicle transfer where as the government fee for tehn same is Rs. 45/-

c) They have no knowledge of the processes and documents. Also, they never stick to the commitments made.

d) When I finally got my documents after 4 and half months of regular follow up, only half the number of documents were returned. They did not even allow me to verify the documents before I paid up. All they wnated is that they should be paid their money in advance.

e) Their Bangalore branch manager used foul language when the matter of poor service was escalated to her.

The company has got office in almost all the IT companies and are fleecing the employees. On top of that, their services are one of the most pathetic that I have ever come across.
