Pathetic Service and Exorbitant Charges

I had the misfortune of contracting Les Concierges for getting the NOC and the De-hypothecation of my vehicle done through them.

a) They lied (in written, on mail) to me saying that the documents are under process / have been processsed, where as after 2 months of following up and escalating the matter to their local manager, we realized that the documents had not even been filed with the authorities. And all they had to say was that one of their other branches was responsible!

b) They charge 60 to 100 times the official / government fees for the same job. For e.g. they have quoted 3200 for a vehicle transfer where as the government fee for the same is Rs. 45/-.

c) Their people have no knowledge of the processes to be followed and documents required. They lie blatantly and make up stories all the time. Also, they never stick to the commitments made, even if they have given it in written.

d) When I finally got my documents after 4 and half months of regular follow up, only half the number of documents were returned. They did not even allow me to verify the documents before I paid up. All they wnated is that they should be paid their money in advance and only then they would even allow me to look at the documents

e) Their Bangalore branch manager used foul language when the matter of poor service was escalated to her. She refused to take calls or disconnected the phone.

The company has got its offices in almost all the IT companies and are fleecing their customers. On top of that, their services are one of the most pathetic that I have ever faced.

Pl avoid taking their services as it is simply not worth it - the service is as bad as it can get and the charges way beyond what it ideally should be!
