My name is sakthi vinayagam boopathy from chennai

i have ordered "POLO BEVERLY HILLS" wrist watch on last Friday morning in LETSBUY .

this is the reference number "58550672003" of the product i ordered.

today i have received the product. when i opened the product i found lots of scratches on watch glass, glue on the glass with dirt, some spores (scratches) on watch dial, even watch strap doest look genuine (its a local strap).

Am really upset and unsatisfied with the product, more or less it look like "FAKE WATCH". i heard people saying its good to buy in letsbuy and its my 1st product from letsbuy and its like this.

i have sent them a mail along with the product which i had received, so far no reply from LETSBUY.

i have attached the photo with this complaint. lets see whats gonna happen
