Sub: Facing inconvinience because of your staff at bangalore

My father has sent me some important documents via reciept no.194826247 one week back. But it has not yet delivered to me. I called up at your Bangalore office on 9th december and they told me that the courier will be delivered to u by the evening. I waited alot but nobody came, Then i again called up on 10th dec and Ms. Anitha picked up the call assured me that u will get ur letter before afternoon. But i didn't get it. Now i m trying to contact them for last one hour but noone is picking up the phone. kindly look into the matter.
