I sent an important document from Jalahalli HO PIN 560013 on 10th Feb. to Dumraon

Distrct- Buxar Pin code 802119, Bihar. The acknowledgment No. is EK321270647IN. It has not reached the destination as yet i.e. on 18/02/09. I tried to track it on the internet which only shows that two consignments with the above acknowledgement number have been bagged one for Patna and other for Anekal on 11th Feb and 25th Nov. 2008 respectively. There is no further information about the movement of the consignment. I have checked with the Patna Speed psot centre on the telephone and as per them they have received no such consignment. I sent an email on the ID suggested on the tracking page but no reply has been received as yet.

Can I be provided with the delivery status at the earliest?
