Non delivery of lette

I have sent a speed post (No. ER409243840IN) on 22nd December from Kota to Kharagpur which contains my admission form for IIT JEE 2008 admissions in JEE 2008. But till date the status of the post is not available online, Its showing "Delivery information is not available at present. Please try again later". I have been preparing for IIT JEE for 2 yr and my whole efforts will get wasted if that form was not delivered by 4th January. I have sent mails to Manager Kota and Chandigarh for the update of the status, but till now no action has been taken by them. I don't know to whom I should contact for it, as my future is at stake and the callous attitude and inefficiency of the speed post staff is really making me sick. Moreover the complaint application form section on website has a broken link.
