I had posted a very important document by IMS Speed Post on 06th Sept.2008 from New Delhi to VPO Arloo Tehsil. Bangana Distt. Una H.P. It been 4 Days since then and we haven't received the parcel. The tracing No. provided to us was the following ED799574559IN. I would like to understand what are the cause of delay and the location of the parcel.
