Letter to Derby City General Hospital
Missing letter (s)

On Monday 11th May (12 Noon) I posted in the Mackenzie Street post box a urgent first class letter addressed to the Derby City General Hospital that had to be there by Wednesday at the latest, I was informed yesterday, one week later, that this has not been received within the Hospital. I also posted out urgent letters to the Nat West bank, Alliance & Leicester and Stirling Credit and non of the post has been received and so surely this cannot be a coincidence. I attach return address detail labels on all my correspondence and nothing has been returned to me. I use the Mackenzie Street box as it is the nearest to where I live.

I would be grateful for some information with regards the missing post and how I can ensure this will not happen again.
