Levi's
Poor Quality of goods

I and my friend bought a pair of Levi's boots 3 months ago from Kolkata. I wore it for 3-4 times and its heels have gone for a toss. On the other hand my friend never wore it and it has already started showing its colours.

We went to the Levi's showroom at Koramngala Forum (Bangalore). They kept the shoes for a month and after that they say that you have to go to Kolkata and they would look into the matter.

Can anybody suggest what to do.
